FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How Long Will it Take to Receive My Photos?
Final galleries are delivered within 1-3 weeks of your session date unless otherwise stated. For events and weddings please allow 3-6 weeks for your full gallery. We will discuss this on an individual basis after your session is complete!
How Will I Receive My Photos?
Your images will be delivered through an online gallery (Pixieset) where you can view, download, share, and order prints.
Do you provide RAW/Unedited JPEG's?
No. RAW files are not included and will not be delivered. Your final gallery will consist of professionally edited images that reflect my artistic style and brand.
Can I Bring Props?
Absolutely! Props that help tell your story are always welcome. Please let me know ahead of time if you plan to bring any large items. Please be detailed when explaining your photoshoot concept when you're ready to book.
Once your session is booked, I am available to guide you with tips on outfits, colors, and styling to help you feel confident and camera ready!
What Should I Wear?
Do I Have to Pose Myself?
Not at all! I'll guide you through the entire session with posing direction so you never have to worry about what to do. My goal is to help you feel comfortable, confident, and natural in front of the camera.
Do you Travel?
Yes! Travel is available throughout the Atlanta Metro area and beyond. Additional travel fees may apply depending on location.
Can I Edit the Photos Myself?
Please do not apply filters or additional edits to the images. The final images are delivered fully edited and represent my work as an artist.
POLICIES
Rescheduling & Cancellations
One complimentary reschedule is allowed with at least 48 hours notice. Additional reschedules may be subject to a fee or termination of your session. Retainers are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your session, payments already made cannot be refunded. Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled at no additional charge if weather conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for photography.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time AND dressed for your session.
Clients arriving late will have their session time reduced by the amount of time they are late. Sessions will still end at the originally scheduled time to avoid impacting other bookings. Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late may be required to reschedule and a rescheduling fee may apply.
A signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required to secure your session date. Your date is not reserved until both have been received unless otherwise agreed upon. Final payment is due immediately after your session ends.
Booking & Payment
Image Delivery & Creative Control
Only edited images selected by the photographer will be delivered. Unedited images, proofs, and RAW files are not included. By booking a session, you acknowledge that final image selection and editing decisions are made by the photographer to maintain artistic consistency and quality.
Children & Guests
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times during the session. I love kids but can only do so much! Additional guests are welcome but please notify me in advance.
Photographer Rights
The photographer reserves the right to use images from sessions for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Respectful Conduct
Harassment, disrespectful behavior, or unsafe conditions may result in the immediate termination of the session without refund.
